Credit Where It's Due

Mitch Kupchak has took a beating from Kobe Bryant and so many others through all of this Kobe vs. the Lakers stuff. He's been questioned on his moves and everything, his star player demanded a trade, yet he never folded. Kupchak held it down, gave Kobe his word, didn't jump on trading a very young and very talented Andrew Bynum at the first chance to add Jason Kidd and today he acquired Pau Gasol. Putting the Lakers into the elite of the NBA. GM of the Year voting happens in late April/early May I believe, and I have a VERY strong feeling he will get some votes.
