Parker: Shut Down. Stoudamire going to San Antonio?

Spurs coach Gregg Popovich has shut Tony Parker down against his own will, and the guard has been sidelined indefinitely. Parker's bone spur in his left heel has already cost him three games earlier this season, and since returning, his play has seriously been affected.

Obviously, Parker doesn't want to sit and he's probably angry, but he needs to be healthy for San Antonio to win it all. In the meantime, he can spend some more time with Eva.

That also means even more so that the Spurs will get Damon Stoudamire. They are heavy on his trail, as is Denver, Orlando and Phoenix. It seems Boston has really fallen out of favor with trying to get him. I don't see why he wouldn't go to San Antonio at this point, it's the best choice if he really wants a title. Plus, depending on how long Parker is out, Stoudamire could be starting for awhile.
