Monta Ellis wins Most Improved.

In the closest race in the award's history, Golden State's Monta Ellis edged out Sacramento's Kevin Martin.

Ellis dropped nearly 17 a game for the Warriors this season and helped propel them into their first playoff run in 13 years.

Good to see some Golden State Warriors get recognition. Ellis had a great season, and hopefully him and his teammates will keep their cool in game three to give Dallas a legitimate challenge.
