Mike James is outta there!

Mike James got a nice contract from the T-Wolves, but things didn't work out from the beginning for him. So he's going back to Houston, where he spent some time in 2005.

Juwan Howard is going to go team up with Kevin Garnett and hopefully bring some energy to the Timberwolves, who need anything they can get.

Here's the deal:

Mike James and Justin Reed to Houston for Juwan Howard, who goes to Minneosta

I think that means Rafer Alston's time is up in Houston, but maybe I'm wrong.
